Im 20 and REALLY want to get into the acting/TV/Film industry, How do i get

started with no experience!!? I realize 20 is a little late to want to start acting but i really really want to get into it! i have tried quire a few 'Talent Management' agencies and have paid money for Photos/ Head Shots but as soon as you sign up its like the agency disappears and i never hear from them again! im at a loss as where to go from here? the agencies are no help and i cant find any acting classes in my area anywhere for adults - i feel exasperated as this is what i REALLY want to do
