I was serious. You already have your answer: eat healthy, exercise on a regular basis, always stay hydrated, and make sure to get plenty of rest each night. It's not rocket science, really. And don't bother wasting your money on supplements you won't even need.

For years doctors encouraged people to take supplements and then in later years articles and some doctors claimed supplements only made expensive urine.

Now I am reading that taking some vitamins can actually cause harm, and they were the ones doctors encouraged people to take. Vitamin E and C are two in the more recent articles. In earlier years Vitamin E was suppose to be the wonder vitamin for most everything. I have been cautioned to take very little vitamin C for various reasons, get C from foods rather than supplements. Vitamin E caused restless legs for me, stopped E and legs settled down.

If you have an illness and more vitamins are needed above what is in food, then take only what is needed in normal doses.

Eating a balanced diet, exercise, control weight, no recreation drugs, no smoking, no alcohol, etc. will go a long ways in keeping a person looking young. Yes, you can still have a blast without bad vices, I did and at age 74 I have no wrinkles, look younger than other ladies my age and many younger ladies too. No, it is not just my eyes telling me this, I get complimented frequently from others outside of the family.

I'm 20 and I want to stay young what should I use? People say that I look more like 23-25 though:p, I sorta feel that I've gotten a little bit uglier over the years too. What stuff should I use to prevent aging?

Do people indicate that you are looking old or just that you are looking more mature?

Eat healthy, exercise, take care of yourself, don't worry about the small stuff, have a pleasant personality and attitude. Beauty comes from within. Do not be self centered, it will only show up in a look you will not be pleased with.

The way you dress and act will give people a certain impression.

I almost thought this was a joke. Sounds like someone's going through a nearly quarter-life crisis :D. In all seriousness though, Misty covered it all.

And don't smoke or do meth.

You can't stop the aging process, but you can keep yourself healthier, and everyone knows how to do that. Also stay out of the sun, all those sun worshipers, especially Caucasians, age much faster because all that sun turns your skin to wrinkled leather.

I just think that the earlier you try to stop aging the better. What supplements/drugs should I take?

And no it's not like a joke or something, so please answer seriously.

Eat vegetables, beans, fish, fruits, whole grains, nuts.

Exercise.

Keep your waistline measured at your navel less than half your height.

Don't use recreational drugs (including tobacco).

Avoid foods with large amounts of sweeteners (sugar, syrup, etc.), trans-fats from hydrogenated oils, and saturated fat.

You might like to try an anti-inflammatory diet (Dr Perricone), exercise is important, cardio increases blood flow which will help improve your complexion (more oxygen to the skin), stay away from cigarettes, excessive alcohol assumption (nothing wrong with having a glass of red wine every so often), excessive sun exposure (remember that sunlight is good for you but not too much), excessive stress. You might like to try a copper peptide topical (skinbiology), wear sunscreen.
