Make sure you dont over work one area. If your chest is underdeveloped i understand but you need shoulder muscles, back muscles, abs, and legs. For chest I would recomend Dumbell bench press, flys, incline DB bench, and decline Bench. For arms i would recomend seated curls (you cant cheat and use momentum), Cable curls, (stand striaght have a handle in each arm and act like your flexing your bieceps, pull your fists to your head and hold for a sec while you flex hard). Standing barbell cable curls, tricep kick backs, tricep press down, tricep over head extension, and skull crushers. You can get a muscle mag and look for a rutien. Thats where i get all of mine.
