I'm 17 years old, is it possible to grow after an unhealthy lifestyle?

I'm turning 18 in a few months, i'm 5'7 and weigh 105 pounds, narrow bones, although somewhat athletic. Since i was 14, i was malnourished, i didn't eat much and when i did most of my diet consisted of junk food (chips, candy) and soft drinks.
I've also experienced moderate-severe sleeping problems for the past few years, as well as severe chronic stress. I haven't really exercised since i was 15, nor engaged in much physical activity as i worked at a desk job and spent most of my free time using the computer.

My father is 5' 6 , mother: 5' 3, and i only grew about 1 inch since i was 15. My grandparents were tall from my mother's side (like 5'10-6'0), somewhat short from my father's side (4'10-5'2).

On top of that i have back problems which make me look at least 1 inch shorter at times. Can exercise/lot of sleep really help me grow? Is there any way: to grow a few more inches? for a growth spurt?
