...the stimulus package bonus? Im 17, I had worked for over a year before the 07/08 end of financial year, when i put in my tax return. Everything followed through normally. I want to know if i am or am not eligible to recieve the, ..., how ever much is being given out? $950? not sure?

Is it only because I'm 17 that i don't recieve it?

If you were claimed by your parents then you were not entitled to it. Same goes for this year. If you are not being claimed you may be entitled to something. See a professional.
