i live in richmond, virginia. and the girl lives in lynchburg, virginia. about 2 hours away. she's the vocalist in a local band around here and most of the dudes in the band live in my area. so she comes to richmond like every weekend. so even though we live kinda far. we still see each other on the weekends most of the time cause she has band practice and stuff. but we still don't get ALOT of time together. we've been talking for about a month. and its been getting pretty serious. were on a pretty personal level right now. we've already discussed dating, and about how we will probably start dating really soon. but the other day, i hear from some friends that she's been talking to some other guy. i asked her about this. and her argument was that im single, i can do what i want. i was a little confused. because i figured at this point in our "almost" relationship. we'd be pretty exclusive. i'd like to just hear some other peoples perspectives on this.
