...gym 5 days a week? will so far i have lose weigth im lifting 5 days a week and im also running 30 minutes and then going to the sauna. im drinking my protein shake rigth after lifting. im concerned if im eating rigth this is what i eat.... nothin in the morning sometimes protein shake then i go to school eat lunch come back home go to the gym take my protein shake after my work out then come home like at 9 and eat a bowl of cereal... i feel good but my mom says im eating barely anything idk what do u think?
