when i go to court? *DETAILS*? im 16, i live in the state of maine. I have a driver's permit and a truck with no co-signer. The truck cant pass inspection therefore it is not registered. I was driving around the block with it and got cought by the police. They brought me down to the station and fined me $137.00 for violating a driving permit. Then gave me a court summons for my unregistered truck. When i go to court what should i expect? another fine? how much for a first offense? a driving suspension maybe? how long?
My record is clean except for those two things above and when i was 12 or 13 i go in trouble for stealing from a store. which resulted in community service hours. Will that effect my outcome?
