...difference in muscle mass/growth? hi, im 16 i go gym about 3-4 times a week. i usually bench, do 300 sit ups and normal weights, i usualy stay about 1 hour and a half/ 2 hours is this enough to notice a difference? oh and i push my body to the limit, like so much that i cant possibly do any more. Physically Exhausted.
