im 157 pounds and 5'7. i have a excersise bike how long should i do it for?

what should my goal weight be? and how fast can I get to my goal weight? please answer all three. thanks in advance!!
 
instead of doing it for a time period do it for a distance but the bike will not help reduce any upper body weight just lower body,
and for your goal weight if you really need one then 150
 
Well,if u get tierd fast u shold do 30 minutes but u have to do exerzise every day because if u take a break ur body is going to relax and ur going to gain more wait.If u dont get tired fast u should do exerzise for an hour.u also have to be in a diet.If u cant try to eat less.
