Im 15 and what will happen if i ride a mini dirt bike around like to my friends...

...house and stuff? Im 15 and really lookin foward to riding my ped because ive started to start buying racing parts for it and stuff and i also want a little 50cc mini dirt bike to ride around to my friends house and things, i jsut want to know if i get caught by the police will they take my liecense away from me before i get it, i have never been caught on any of my previous motorbikes, but now because im lookin foward to riding my ped im abit more scared of being caught incase i do lose it.
ill be 16 in along time just under 12 months :P
