im 14...should i exercise in the morning before school? also diet questions?

ok well it was my birthday yesterday, and I've basically been eating nothing but crap... anyways....i'd like to lose 15-20 pounds (im 5'1'' and 127) i have an elliptical... and i wake up at 5:30 every morning for school..should i wake up at five and exercise for 30 minutes? also, i found out that i eat when I'm bored...i wont even be hungry and I'll just eat cause i need to be chewing on something at all times haha (don't take that the wrong way ;P) so i started chewing gum and i dont feel the need to be eating all the time...is that bad? its usually trident or orbit...so should i try and find something else to occupy myself?...anyways...diet....im not taking any pills or any supplements... maybe like an hour a day on the elliptical..and then have like apples, baby carrots...uhmm what else? haha thats really all i have in my house right now.. so idk...granola bars (nature valley) what about sandwiches? i usually have like mayonnaise and lettuce and salami..but thats obviously not going to be healthy enough...i seriously hate peanut butter...so no PB&J ...what should i do about lunches?

also im not skipping lunch....my friend does that and she ends up pigging out when she gets home...


btw: i don't drink pop...i use to drink like a crapload of it and i gave it up...and it did nothing anyways...but i still dont drink it haha

The most effective time to exercise is about 5pm cos you get an energy surge and so you can then eat dinner with a fast metabolism. Gum is fine. Have cereal or porridge in the morning, lean meat, eggs or beans, wholewheat pasta, loads of fruit and veg the rest of the time. Good luck.
