I'm 14 and gay how do I find a boyfriend?

I'm 14 and I've never had a boyfriend. How can I get one. There aren't any guys in my school that interest me. And there isn't a gay teen help center in my country(I live in Belgrade Serbia).And I don't even know how to flirt whit another guy. And evereyone is so homophobic here.
