I'm 13 and need to lose weight and start exercising! Please help this is hard!?

Hi well i have a problem. I always thought i was to skinny but now one thing has changed, I'm pretty skinny but my belly is getting fatter and fatter. My arms and legs and butt and breasts are tiny but I'm gaining so much weight in my stomach! I need to lose the weight but i can't afford to lose anymore weight anywhere else in my body! Ideally i would want to be bigger in the butt, embarrassingly my boobs and my legs and arms . I don't exercise at all i know i need to. Please help me! I don't have time for sports or activities yet and i need to start small. I would like to start with exercising then i would feel comfortable doing a sport. I really want to be flexible too. What should i do to do all of this? I want to feel comfortable with myself!? P.S im only 100 pounds and i'm 13 but i probably gained a couple pounds this week. It's getting bad. Please help me
