I'm 12, and I am a bus boy for a local restaurant, do I need a working license?

I lied and said I was 14 because my mom thinks I look 14 so she told me too, so what happens if they find out I'm 12?

I feel weird teaching a kid to lie, but just avoid talking about school/what grade you're in/your age at all costs. Keep to yourself. Hope nobody recognizes you and calls you out.
