Trying to learn the basics of animation. I only do artworks, simple drawings and stuff in Photoshop and Illustrator until I saw an animation presentation. Wow, it amazes me how an animation was done. Simple yet amazing. So I decided, why not try it myself? That is why I am gathering informations, trying to learn by acquiring knowledge through books, internet, blogs, forums, I still believe that first-hand information is better. I mean, the info coming from experts is valuable. I can't afford Maya, so I am now searching for a good software that might not be as good as Maya but can provide my needs as a starter. I heard of Illusion Mage, got the reviews, and I heard it is user-friendly, but has anyone used this? How is it? Any suggestions and help is very much appreciated.
