When I was younger, I went to a school book fair and they sold a book full of illusions that came with a metal disc inside. On the disc there was a design, black and white, of that hypnotizing swirl. In the book there were various illusions and such. (If you don't know which design I'm referring to on the disc, just google "hypnotizing swirl")
The disc had somewhat of an indent in the very center so you could put it on a flat surface and spin it. You would look at the center of the disc for ~30 seconds and then look at the illusions in the book.
I'm hoping to find a name, link, or any other information regarding it. If you need a better description or something, I'll do my best to help you to help me.
