Illumination fuse keeps blowing after radio installation problem?

I have a 99 dodge 2500. I just put in a stereo and it works fine. I connected all the wires. Every time I turn on my lights, my 'illumination' fuse blows ( the lights on the speedometer and all gauges). What could cause this?
