Illness which a person can´t eat chocolate, go out unprotected in sun?
I met a person who told me they cannot eat chocolate, but does anyway sometimes, and she could not, absolutely not go out in the sun without sunblock because of her skin.. and she never did. She told me it was an illness, (disease actually, but her english was limited. The thing is I cannot find anything even close to this online. She is a med student, not too likely to believe a strange superstition believer. Can someone please shed any light on this? Perhaps a common misconception in latin america? It is bugging me, although it shouldn´t. Please and thank you.
