I had an attorney file a lawsuit filled with lies about me. He had a subpoena issued for bank records based on these lies. The lawsuit was filed over 2 years ago and nothing has been filed on it since the subpoenas were issued. The lawsuit hasn't been amended or withdrawn or pushed for a trial date. I have no money so hiring an attorney is out of the question. Any thoughts or ideas since he got records from a federally insured financial institution based on lies?
