...report a repo? If i report a repo what do i do. I am still paying on the car and the wreck wasnt my fault.
 
I hope you had insurance. If it wasn't your fault then go after the other guys insurance. If you wrecked car was fixed then you have to have the DOT state trooper look at it. If they pass it it's road worthy. If they fail it you can't take on the road. I would call the DMV
