I'm trying to watch channel 330. I can't get a signal. I've tried turning off and on the receiver, pointing the dish, even calling tech support (I had to leave the tv alone for two hours while she sent a signal booster), to no effect. I have no problem with any other channels. Is anybody else having this problem or has anyone had it in the past?

No problem with IFC here.

From reading it seems to be located on transponder 12297 with
198 XPRS2
232 XPRS
330 IFC
415 RAPTR
549 PHDIS
608 COSMO
698 CRKT

See if you get any of those. lyngsat still lists it as being on 12618 so maybe it moved recently (to make room for 607 FineLiving?)
