Wear an overnight pad and wedge it between your butt cheeks...I'm not tryin to be funny. And don't be afraid to get up and change it in the middle of the night either. Or you can do that and bring something to sleep on, like a towel or something. I'm sure your friend will understand. She's a girl too.
 
Hey everyone! I'm on my period and I'm 13 and here's how it goes.

After school, I'm riding with my friend on the bus.

We go to her house, get dressed, eat and leave.

Go to dance.

Come back and play until like...11.

Sleep.

What do I do?!?! The most embarrassing thing would be to bleed over her bed or something!
I've had a bad experience with tampons. xDDD
I HAVE to go. '-'
