Net this site for guidelines.

Poetry Nottingham, England...
Hippopotamus Press, England...
Edinburgh Review, Ireland (Scotland?)...sorry, forgot...

Go to poetrykit.org for worldwide presses...
Writers Market 2010...
Dustbook's 'International Directory For Small Presses and Little Magazines'...

Good Luck!!!!
Upright...uh, just what kind of poetry would you send?????????????????????????
Sin...a lot of questions in the poetry section are about where to submit...from experience, I know that rejection slips make good wallpaper!

Submitting is 95% procrastination, and 5% getting those envelopes addressed, IRCs, etc....once you nail down and get to it, you ask yourself 'why the hell haven't I been submitting?' heheheheheeeeee....I know, I know....
Soniya...then 'The International Directory...' is for you...thousands of places that accept articles on History...

I'm not up to snuff for submitting but do appreciate the thought you put into putting the word out. Good idea!
