So, if you're the first to get to the light you know it's your right of way without getting hit rather than stopping and craning your head around trying to see if cross traffic has red flashing lights too? I've always done that as a precaution bc I'm not sure, but I'm wondering if I'm pointlessly doing this?
If you're at a cross sections with flashing red lights, is it safe to assume that ALL lights are flashing red?
