If your in the military and you live in the barracks/dorms what is it like?

Do you get heating and air conditioning? How much privacy do you get?

It's like living in an apartment with 1 or 2 other guys.

its kind of like a mix of a hotel room and camping. you dont get much privacy but there should be ac and heat

I can only answer for the Air Force. The dorms I have been in are very small and you usually have to share a kitchen with someone else (but you have your own room and bathroom). You will have regular dorm checks to ensure that you are keeping a clean dorm. Yes they do have heating and Air.
