your son is 26 years old..working...deceides to buy himself a car. Can you legally go to the dealership after he has signed the contract and demand it be cancelled?

If he is 26 years old, and is working, he is an adult, a very old adult

old enough to handle his own affairs.

If he decided himself to buy a car why do you want to go to

the dealership and demand the contract be cancelled?

Is he minusvalid? Can he not make his own decisions? is he with

som mental incapacities? Then yes, you can step in legally, otherwise NO.
