If your cell was stolen, can you request a loaner phone? Please Read?

I had a Tmobile Sidekick LX which was stolen about 5 days ago. A police report was filed, and I contacted Tmobile to file an insurance claim. However the cell is on back order. They also asked for a deductible of 130.00
I wanted to know if there is any way that I can request a loaner phone?
