Okay...so, I have a verizon plan where it only charges you 2 cent each text. I paid for the 15 dollar card. The basic prepaid plan would have charged me 20 cent per text so my sister changed it to where it only charges you 2 cents per text. The thing is, I always thought no matter what plan you have, you were able to text any other verizon carrier free of charge. But it's still charging me weather I use the 2 cent plan or the basic prepaid. I don't quite understand. Can anyone help?
If your carrier is verizon, should you ever get charged for texting other verizon carriers?
