if your brand new toyota is leaking water on rainy days what would you do?

I bought a 2009 toyota camry le in early february 2009. Two weeks later it rained and I noticed a water patch on the passenger side carpet. I forgot it soon. It is raining again and I noticed the same size patch and a friend lifted the carpet to see the whole floor soaked through. The car has been with me for less than six weeks. Not a scratch on it and less than 1000 miles. What options do I have? The one reason that I went for a brand new car was to not have to deal with these issues. i am furious. Please help!
 
The car is under warranty. Take it back and have them replicate the problem to solve the issue.
