I would call up Snider and Arencibia. Try to work out a 2 year deal with Scutaro until Jackson is ready. Shop Wells. Allow a team to work out a deal with Halladay and get a trade better than Sabathia did. Min. 4 prospects, min. 1 MLB ready, min 2 good arms. But he can only be had for a good deal. Get a personal defence and offence coach for Encarnacion to get him up to his 25/30 HR potential. And find a real cleanup hitter, and punch Ricciardi for saying Rios was more valuable than Tim Lincecum.
