you have to have a CDL license? I have a friend who s thinking of starting a salon, but on an RV so she could go to her customers instead of they to her. I was wondering if she would have to get a CDL (Commercial Driver's License) in order to do this since it would be for business purposes. The weight restriction is you have to have one if you are going to operate a vehicle weighing over 26,001 pounds. Do RVs really weigh that much or could she get by with a regular driver's license?
