Quarterback? (who's available)
Runningback (who's out there)
other impact players (D or O line etc)

lets see first to pick a team my favorite the falcons. first thing i would get is a reciveing tight end a right tackle because calbo has to many problem with penlties but if he improves then ok another end to go with abraham kieth brooking is of course the leader but getting old i so i would another linbbacker for him to teach and i would say another strong saftey because milloy is getting old and he needs to train someone and probably just one more corner because houston dosent play physical which he has the talent but doesnt and a that would be about it

Would depend on what team is was the GM for. My favorite team is the pats, and I would look to try to aquire Nnamdi Asomugha from oakland. He is currently an unrestricted free agent and the Patriots secondary is horrid.
Pats could end up needing a quarterback for part of next season, so I would consider keeping cassel, I would put the transition tag on him one way or another to at least get something back for losing him.
I would cut Watson(too many drops), Maroney(too many injuries) and Hobbs(too many blown coverages) and use draft picks for LB's and another reciever. I haven't watched enough college ball to say who though.

Minnesota

I would like Minnesota to take a shot at getting a big time receiver. I dont think Berrian is a legit number 1, and Cincy might find itself without both Ocho Cinco and Houshmanzadeh. It would be cool if Minnesota made a serious play for Housh and got him. He would be a great complement to Berrians speed.

Im ok with giving TJack another chance after his performance at the end of this season, but Id like the Vikes to try to pick up a better veteran then Frerotte, who actually played below average most of the season dispite getting credit for the Vikes record. Jeff Garcia might be a good pick up if he doesnt come too expensive.

An upgrade at corner in pass protection. Dont get me wrong, Griffin and Winfield are elite physical guys, but they arent the best in pass coverage. Straight pass cover guys like Chris Gamble or Dunta Robinson make sense.
