If you want to join ROTC, do you have to go to a school with ROTC or can you go to a school with no ROTC and just drive to a school with ROTC to take classes.
You can do either. Most colleges that do not have an ROTC program have partnerships with a college that does. You would basically just take classes at your main school, and as you said, commute tothe other one for ROTC.
