What are your bowel habits? Yes, a very tmi questions/answer but I think that going back to the basics if always useful.
I remerabered how many elderly people I knew always paid attention to their bowel movements. They are healthier than many younger people I know and I'm around fitness & sports people all the time!
Traditionally, doctors typically suggest (at least from reading online and in person) that reflux is the cause of other problems. And the basic answer to reflux is too much acid apparently.
Perhaps I'm becoming cynical, but I'm not worried about that. ;-)
Let's see if we have a pattern:
Qs: How would you rate the healthiness of your bowel movements? Are you producing quality poop? Are you generally constipated or having lose stools? Are corabination of the above?
I'm going to speak with a few other people in the next few days. I'm certain there will be lots of info gathered!
