...the test with the test company? I took a test and before it, I signed a statement saying I wouldn't discuss the content of the test with anyone. I have an issue with the content and want to discuss it with the test company, (ETS) Educational Testing Services. Am I allowed to do that?
 
They meant anyone ELSE.

Of course you can discuss it with the company. The reason they had you sign the statement was so that no one OUTSIDE the company would know anything about the test -- like competitors, for instance.
