If you saw a girl crying, what would you do?

The girl is upset, but not with him. If he walked up and saw her crying, what would he do? Like is there something he would do that he wouldn't normally, if he didn't like her? Would his hug be different? Would he hug her at all?

My phone(E2120)wont connect to the computer.I set the settings for my phone to samsung pc studio, but my computer says my phone is still not connected.I clicked on connect but still nothing happens.
Do I need to change PC studio 3 to another PC studio?
