If you reset the phone password, will it delete ur media?

cuz i have private stuff on my phone such as pictures, and text messages, as well as stuff i dont want ppl messin around with...so i put a password on it
i know u can reset ur phone password
what if someone were to do that to my phone?

by the way i have a samsung
would they still be able to access my media?
