If you replace something on a mac, can you undo it?

I had a pen drive that i put in my ibook G4, and it had a folder in it titled folder, and i drug it over to the main computer screen and dropped it, i had another folder titled folder also on my main computer screen, so it asked if i wanted to replace it, not thinking, i clicked yes, and poof, most of my pictures, fonts, videos, and school papers are gone, is there any way to reverse this? please help!!!!!
