If you regularly exercise but once in a while eat junk food...will you gain weight?

I exercise as often as I can, either going on power walks, lunges, squats, etc. I do one of these atleast 5 times a week. But sometimes I feel like a nice apple pie, or a bag of doritos, or some sort of junk food. I always feel guilty eating them but they taste soo good! I'm just scared I will gain weight because I am trying to tone my thighs and I don't want all of my exercising to go to waste. By the way, I've been exercising steadily for about a month now and I have to say my thighs look somewhat slimmer.
