...more loan services? I have a personal loan from Citi financial and I always make my payments on time. Citi financial will attempt numerous times per week to reach me at my work and home numbers as well as the numbers of the contacts I listed in case I can not be reached, for the simple purpose of trying to trick me into re-financing my loan and skipping payments. I have told them several times that I am unable to receive calls at work unless it is directly related to a missing payment as I agreed. They continue to call me and my employer does not like it. How should I file a complaint? Is there anything I can do? I hate this company, my interest is High, I re-financed with them before as they lied to me and told me that my credit improved with good payments, long story short I am now 5 years into it again and 2,000 more behind. Thanks in advance.
