If you have verizon and you send a text to a phone that also has verizon and has been shut off due to payment reasons will it give you notice and say the delivery failed?

or will it just say the text was delivered successfully anyway...?

no no no im saying to send a text from a working phone to someone who has had their phone shut off!
ahh thank you! i didn't get a message saying it couldn't send so im guessing their phone wasn't shut off...
