the taxpayer? And if you can't afford to educate them, then simply don't have any kids. Why should the taxpayer be burdened for paying for the mistakes of uneducated families? Isn't it only fair and right that parents should only be paying for their kids' education and not the taxpayer?

This is why public education should be scrapped.
