...past 30 days whats the odds:? of being approved to buy a house as a first time buyer, married and 24? Im not sure what the rules and regulations are these days, but my son and his wife are hoping to be able to purchase a home in ND. They have no credit issues, yet have no substantial down-payment, he has collected unemployment the past two years, whereas she has worked part time two days a week, which helped. They asked me what I felt their odds were, and to be honest, I really don't know what their odds are of actually getting approved for a first time home buyer, regardless that he has had a good job the past 30 days. Anyone with a better opinion then my own... would be appreciated greatly.
