If you have allergies to fish, or anything can you still join the military?

If your allergic to dust mites, and salmon is this a disqualifying fact at meps or can you still join the service?
lol...all you want i'am asking a question. I'am being serious so please keep sarcasm and rude comments to yourself, only people who can help please answer...Thank you
 
yes: you will undergo a physical at meps but it's very basic in nature. it's to document prior medical problem you have before you go in. the military needs it to determine what disabilities the VA will likely award you when you get out. don't choose a rating or job such as a cook if your allergic to certain foods because you will be required to cook or prep all foods and your fellow workers are going to get annoyed with you if you keep calling a time out i can't do that. especially if your on an aircraft carrier and they have 5000 people to feed at lunch. understand? so ask questions about what's involved with the guy or girl who want you to sign up for certain jobs. make sure you can deal with it before you sign.
