upgrade with a discount? I have an env2 that randomly turns off and sometimes tells me I have an invalid battery or no battery at all. I've also been having alot of trouble with the clear and ok button on the front screen.
If I took it in to Verizon would it be possible to uprgade to something like an env touch for a discounted price even though my contract isnt up for another year?
