If you had three credit cards?

say you owed £1K, £5k and £10k on them and if the interest was pretty much equal; which one would it be best to pay off first and why?
 
First thing i would do is take a pair of scissors, to all 3 cards, then i would pay off the largest amount first because surely the interest on 10k is going to be more than interest on 1k
 
I would payoff the one with the highest interest and the largest amount first. That would be beneficial in that the interest would pile up on that card before the others and would get you into debt fast.
 
Go for the lower amount first coz will give you some kind of satisfaction that one burden lesser..
 
With similar interest rates, it would not matter. But, it would feel good to reduce the number of cards, so I would work upwards, 1k,5k,10k
