if you had invisalign what were your opinions on it ? i kinda want it?

i`ve had braces from 7th or 8th grade and i got them off sophomore year of high school . they gave me retainers but like most teenagers ( most of them i know anyway lol ) i didn`t wear mine .. i`m a freshman in college now ( i graduated high school in may 2O1O ) and i was talking to my mom and she was pointing out how my teeth moved :/ idk how to explain how my teeth are so heres a picture:

how does invisalign work ? what do you have to do while you have it ? pros & cons ?
