If you had an assignment saying that you have to find a name for a spanish...

A bunch of mexican restaurants I know of all have names like "El Delicioso" "La cabana" "La cocina y cantina" etc. so try going along the same lines.
PS. yes I know that Mexican and Spanish are 2 different things. They have the same language though, so the names could be similar.
 
...restaurant. What would you name it? I need help looking for names for a spanish restaurant... i just want your opinions.. pls
