If you had an artificial heart you could still love God, so isn't this

evidence that faith is psychological? I keep hearing that theists 'know' in their HEART that God is real i.e. this is where the soul resides -just as the mind resides within the brain so...

A) If a doctor removed your heart but kept your body alive could you still love God?
B) If a doctor removed your brain but kept your body alive could you still love God?

Please answer a. AND b. -THEN EXPLAIN WHY FAITH ISN'T PSYCHOLOGICAL. (And if you are going to bring your soul into the equation, you really need to explain what 'the soul' actually IS -not what it represents e.g. 'your essence' or 'your spirit' -what IS this essence? -What IS this spirit? Why do you need a functioning brain rather than a functioning heart to love God in THIS life (i.e. not the afterlife).
